The Daily Word (translated from Spanish) Helpful I approach life with a heart of compassion and a sincere desire to be helpful. Friday, March 27, 2026
At times, I may feel lonely and long for meaningful connection, but I am reminded that one of the best ways to invite others into my life is through service. Being present and offering help in times of need can open the door to new relationships, including true friendship.
The world needs my helping hand and my caring attitude. Compassion is a spiritual gift, and I am grateful for every opportunity to share it. As I empathize with those around me, I begin to discover our deeper oneness through simple acts of kindness and service.
There are many ways I can help. In my community, there are likely organizations and groups in need of volunteers. I remain open to divine inspiration, trusting that I will be guided toward the right opportunities to serve.
I honor others by radiating divine love and offering my time and talents freely. As it is written in Romans 12:10: “Love one another with mutual affection; outdo one another in showing honor.”
This resonates deeply with the teaching we are reflecting on today—the living connection between Love and Affection.
This lecture was so fun that after two hours people were just hanging out and nobody wanted to “go home” 🙂 We shared so much about our own learnings from this beautiful lecture.
Our next online session is on April 25th, 2026
