Set of exercises given by the Master Peter Deunov in 23th August 1920, Veliko Tarnovo
І. Raising both arms palms down, at a height equal to the height of the shoulders. Then the right arm slowly rises up, at an angle of 45 degrees from the shoulder level, and the left arm goes down, at an angle of 45 degrees, from the shoulder level. In that position, six squats are done. Focusing your thoughts during the exercise towards the front part of the brain.
This exercise serves to regulate the front part of the brain.
ІІ. This exercise is the same as the first, except that the left arm rises at an angle of 45 degrees from shoulder level and the right one drops down at the same angle, squatting six more times.
During this exercise, focus your thought on your heart. This exercise serves to regulate feelings.
ІІІ. Both hands are moving backward with palms facing each other. Squatting, hands with palms forward are performing a movement looking like rowing forward up to 45 ° downwards. Performed six times.
During this exercise, focus your thought on your spine. It serves to regulate the spine.
ІV. Raising your left arm up and forward to the east, and the right arm down, rotating your body around your waist and sailing with your hands. This exercise is also done 6 times. While doing this exercise, you will focus your mind on your stomach. It serves to regulate the stomach.
V. The hands are holding the waist. The weight of the body is on the left foot, and the right foot moves outwards, to the right, slowly, forming a semicircle from right to left – 6 times. Then the body weight is on the right foot and with the left foot, you do the same movements 6 times. During the exercise, you will focus your thought on the nervous system. It serves to regulate the nervous system.
VІ. Lifting your arms sideways to the height of your shoulders, then slowly lifting up until the fingers of both hands are touching each other. Lifting yourself, staying on toes and in this position squatting down slowly, with the arms close to the body. This exercise is done six times. It represents the completion of the first five exercises. It is called magnetic stripping and dressing: down – undressing, upwards – dressing.
The Master: You will do these exercises once a day. Performing the exercises in the morning, is great, at noon it is good, and in the evening it is fine. These exercises should be done very slowly and correctly with well-stretched arms and well-stretched legs if you want to get good results. The movement of the hands helps to develop the heart and chest. By concentrating your thoughts, the mind is strengthened. Doing all the exercises improves the will.
These exercises are one of the best occult exercises. However, be careful not to make them a loop for you. Find their usefulness. Think of the exercises as you knew them once, and now you remembered them.
