INSTRUCTION

AND DESCRIPTION OF ANTI-EPIDEMIC MEASURES AND DISINFECTION

ON THE BASIS OF AN ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH

No RD 01-277 / 26 MAY 2020

and item 4 of Order No RD 01-262 / 14 May 2020

GENERAL RULES

  • Personal protective equipment is provided;
  • A protocol for cleaning and disinfection has been created;
  • Hand sanitizer is provided;
  • An organization has been set up to control the entrance in terms of the number of entrants, in order to prevent crowds and to keep distance;
  • An information board on mandatory and anti-epidemic measures is placed in a well-visible place;
  • All persons who are indoors in the kitchen are required to use disposable or reusable face masks or other means covering the nose and mouth;

PEOPLE ON DUTY

  • To get acquainted at least one day before the duty in the kitchen with the rules for work in the created emergency situation and to observe them strictly;
  • To have work clothes, following the developed schedule;
  • To wash their hands, disinfect and put on the necessary protective equipment (mask / helmet) as soon as they enter the kitchen;
  • Use a suitable hand sanitizer, and as a last resort alcohol wipes suitable for the skin when they are not near water and liquid soap, but they wash their hands with water and liquid soap as soon as possible;

KITCHEN ROOM AND DUTY IN THE TOILETS OF THE HUT

  • Disinfection of the floor of the room is performed at least 4 times a day;
  • Cleaning the toilets with detergents and disinfecting them at least two or three times a day;
  • Providing only disposable individual drinking vessels, as an exception;
  • Cleaning tables, benches, other surfaces and contact points at least twice a day;
  • Prevention of importing foreign goods and objects from people from the tent camp in the kitchen (including food, napkins, etc.);
  • Emptying waste bins at least twice a day, then they are washed and disinfected;

ALGORITHM OF DISINFECTION MEASURES AND ORGANIZATION FOR THE PREMISES

  • The disinfectant must be approved by the Ministry of Health;
  • It is obligatory to add it to the cleaning preparations or they are completely replaced with disinfectant;
  • All critical points in the building and premises are subject to disinfection; Critical points are:

Door and window handles, lighting switches, countertops, benches and other hand-touched surfaces; Critical points are subject to periodic disinfection daily; Disinfectants are used in the form of sprays and working solutions; Small surfaces can be disinfected with wet towels, which are collected and discarded, and for large surfaces, a concentrate can be used, from which a working solution is prepared before use; The work rooms are ventilated several times during the day;

  • Disinfection of small and large surfaces is carried out at least twice a day during working hours;
  • People on duty must wash their hands when they are visibly dirty after sneezing and coughing;
